1. Is my data secure? The information you enter on our site is secured by a SSL certificate through Homestead. We use the latest encrypting to protect your information. The pop up box that asks if you wish to see both the secure and unsecured data is your sign that the protection is on. 2. Will my personal information be sold? NEVER..not to anyone for any reason! We are serious about protecting our customers! 3. Can I get yardage other than full cuts? Absolutely! The shopping cart will only allow you to enter whole numbers..However, unless you pay with paypal (and I'll address that in just a moment) your card is NEVER charged until we personally review your order and any messages you may have sent along with it! If you pay by paypal and you desire a different yardage amount than you could enter-simply send us an email and we will credit back to your paypal account any difference within 24 hrs. We are happy to cut fat quarters, half yards, or any combination therein. 4. Shipping Concerns A. We always try to ship as cost effectively as possible for our customers. The shipping calculator will NOT accomodate the flat rate envelopes. Please know that your order is Not charged to your card until we have the most cost efficient shipping method chosen for you (with your requirements met). Again, if you pay with paypal and we find that we can fit your order in a less expensive container, we will do that and refund your money to your paypal account immediately. B. We work very hard with our international customers to obtain the least expensive options available to you. Please do not abandon your cart if the shipping appears too high. Especially on international orders the actual amount can be much less with the flat rate options, which the cart cannot process.. As a note: We do report the actual value of your items on customs forms. Please do not ask us to do otherwise. There are strict postal regulations regarding this and we comply with them always.. C. Shipping insurance is always available as an option and at your expense. Just send us a note asking us to include it if you forget to check that box on the checkout.. D. Once your items leave us we cannot be responsible for their arrival. We do put delivery confirmation on each package, however, this is NO guarantee of its arrival nor does it cover its loss. The only way to cover package loss is to insure it.. E. We take GREAT care in the packaging of your items! There is no fabric crammed in an envelope here! We treat each package as we would like to have our fabric treated. As an investment.. F. We ship nearly every day except Sat and Sunday. If your order is placed on the weekend, it will ship Monday..
