Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, remember that shipping calculators rarely know how much fabric we can fit in a package :) If you are concerned about your shipping amount, send me an email (owner@seasidequiltingsupplies.com) or give me a call (434-665-4982).
If the shipping amount is significantly less than you paid, we always refund the overage.
Q:What quantities do you sell your fabric in?
All of our fabric is sold by the yard unless specified otherwise. Some Japanese fabric is sold by the half yard. So unless marked otherwise, a quantity of 1 means one yard of fabric 36" x 44/45"
If I order more than 1 yard of fabric will it come in a single continuous piece?
Yes, we make a single cut off the bolt, so if you order 3 yards of fabric, you will receive a single 3 yard cut
Q:What are the measurements for your fabric?
1 yard cotton fabric = 36" long x 44/45" wide (92 cm x 112/114 cm)
1/2 yard cotton fabric = 18" long x 44/45" wide (46 cm x 112/114 cm)
Fat quarters = 18" long x 22" wide (46 cm x 56 cm)
Q:What kinds of fabric do you sell?
We sell high quality designer cotton quilting fabric, sometimes referred to as "quilters cotton" or quilting weight fabric, which is 100% woven cotton printed with ink and weighs ~ 6 oz per yard.
Q:Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide via USPS First-Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail.
Q: When will you ship my order and how long will it take before I receive it?
We ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before noon are frequently shipped the same day-Nearly all orders are shipped within 24 hours. Batting orders sometimes require a 2-3 day processing time.
All orders shipped to a US destination via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail will typically be received in 1 to 3 days (excluding Sundays). USPS Priority Mail and USPS First-Class Mail both have delivery times of 1-3 days around the US and include Saturday delivery. Delivery for International Orders will vary by country and customs, but for most international destinations the USPS claims delivery of 7 to 10 business days to arrive in your country and anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to go through customs. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal
Virginia Residents will be charged sales tax.
Q: Is it safe to purchase from your website?
Yes, our website has been validated and is secure for online transactions. We secure our website with 256-bit SSL encryption, the same level of encryption that most bank websites use. SSL encryption protects your sensitive data while it is being entered and processed. In addition, we also offer payment options from PayPal.
Q: What happens after I place my order?
Once your order is placed you will be directed to a confirmation page showing that the order is complete and providing you the order summary and order number. You will also get a detailed confirmation email containing your order number and the details of your order. Once we ship your item you will get another email showing the date your order shipped and your tracking number.
Q: Can I order over the phone?

Q:What is your Return Policy?
Fabric which has been cut by the yard cannot be returned. If you should find a flaw or defect in your fabric, please contact us by email and your fabrics will be replaced free of charge.
